Our Ossett factory houses a variety of rusk, breadcrumb and blending production lines, with automated packing and handling. We have two additional sites in the UK, a fully automated Japanese style breadcrumb manufacturing plant in Corby, utilising the most advanced technology and being the only plant of its kind in Europe. This site manufactures authentic Panko breadcrumb in addition to a selection of other quality Japanese style breadcrumbs. Following the acquisition of Witwood Food Products in June 2010 we have a further breadcrumb and blending facility located in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Our Technical Centres at Ossett and Banbury have specialist teams who are dedicated to various sectors of the ingredient market, such as Meat, Fish, Poultry and Snacks. We can develop our own products, or those of our customers, whether it is a subtle change to an existing product, or a totally new concept. We continually strive to inspire new tastes!
